She was predeceased by: her husband Paul. She is survived by: her children, Wes Lade (Carol), Darlene Pekrul (Al), Melodie Richards (Dave), Laurel Thomas (late Jim) and Carol Carlson (Julian); and her parents-in-law, David Lade (late Dolly), Peter Lade (Lorna) and Ruth Moore (Paul). She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren.
