William Turner Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Turner in Surrey, British Columbia, who passed away on July 24, 2020 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Doris; and his sister Kay. He is survived by: his children, Sue Qualicum Beach (Richard), Chris Gibsons (John) and Bill Kelowna (Sandra); his grandchildren, Aaron (Momo), Leah (Shawn), Kim, Kelly (Chris), Kristie (Murray), Jennine (Chris) and Jon (Nela); his great grandchildren, Kai, Jay, Ben, Charlie, Sam, Carter, Meg, Kobe, Ireland, Mason, Matias, Abi and Lexi; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Taylor and Blair.
Due to Covid 19, Bill's funeral will be family only and held on August 7th at Christ Church, Surrey Centre where he and the family attended in the years they resided there.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Bill's name can be made to Hope and Healing International, (formerly Christian Blind Mission Canada), which he enthusiastically supported.
