He was predeceased by : his wife Jean; his daughter Cathy; and his siblings, Mary and Frank. He is survived by : his parents, Fred Maroney and Elizabeth Maroney; his children, Mike (Gayle), Gail (Gord), Janice (Lloyd) and Robert (Katrina); his grandchildren, Kerri, Mathew, Angela (Clint), Shana, Corina (Ciayton), Travis (Kayla), Dustin, Nate and Brandon; his great grandchildren, Brady, Tyra, Jori-Ann, Olivia, Owen, Eli, Tayla and Sawyer; his siblings, Hazel, Helen (Don) and Margaret; and his siblings-in-law, Ina and Steve. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
