We are sad to announce that on June 4, 2018, at the age of 41, Jack Chapman (Terrace, British Columbia), born in Bath, New Brunswick passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jack Chapman to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his daughter Cory Chapman; and his grandparents, Elmore Chapman, Meriam Chapman, Johnny Miskinen and Ella Miskinen.

He is survived by : his parents, Harry Chapman of Kilburn, NB and Rachel Klingler (Don) of Beechwood, NB.; his wife Tammy Chapman (Lavoie); his children, Jolean Chapman of Terrace, BC, Ivan Chapman of Terrace, BC and Harry Chapman of Terrace, BC; his sisters, Mary Doherty (Jeff) of Perth-Andover, NB, Krissy Bourgonje of Gimli, MB, Debora Chapman (Matt) of Vancouver, BC and Ally Chapman of Kilburn, NB; and his grandfather James Giberson of Beechwood, NB. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
