Aleksander Zagorac Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Aleksander Zagorac (Vancouver, British Columbia), born in Edmonton, Alberta, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 19, 2025 at the age of 51. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Aleksander's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Aleksander has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He was predeceased by: his father Aleksandar. He is survived by: his mother Diane; and his sister Katherine.
Viewing was held on Monday, January 5th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Martin Brothers Funeral Services (4305 Halifax St, Burnaby, BC V5C3X4). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 8th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Church (505 E 63rd Ave, Vancouver, BC V5X2K3).
