He is survived by: his children, Dean (Leanne) and Tammy (Rob); his grandchildren, Toni, Eric, Jelisa, Stevie, Dana and Brody; and his siblings, Patsy, Fred, Ken and Randy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers a donation in Dave's name to BC Children's Hospital would be wonderful.
