He was predeceased by: his parents, Uiltje and Willemke Kampen. He is survived by: his wife Maureen (Wietske Leentje) of Boer; his children, Yolanda (Alex), Eric (Kim), Sylvia (Earl) and Fiona (Randell); and his brothers, Marten, Rudy, Henk and Leo. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 36 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in honour of Ebbel Kampen may be given to Manoah Manor.
