It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Ethel Huggins of Vancouver, British Columbia, who passed away on January 13, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Williams and Ella Williams. She is survived by: her boyfriend Nick Mahovlich; her children, Carl (Christa) and Lesley (Jeff); her granddaughter Cassidy; her stepchildren, Jeremy (Dawn) and Barb; her siblings, Helen (Randy), Jean (Hugh), Allan (Lenore), Ken (Francis) and Ray (Betty-Anne); and her sister-in-law Kim Pullen. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
