He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Davis and Victoria; his sister Miranda (Glen); his siblings-in-law, Sue (Larry) and Jeffrey (Judy); and his sibling's children, Vivian (Wayland), Karen (James), Jill (Dan), Jessica, Alexis and Kevin.
