He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Davis and Victoria; his sister Miranda (Glen); his siblings-in-law, Sue (Larry) and Jeffrey (Judy); his nieces, Vivian (Wayland), Karen (James), Jill (Dan), Jessica and Alexis; and his nephew Kevin.
