He is survived by: his wife Armida; his children, Mauro (Linda) and Vicki (Mike); his grandchildren, Cassandra, Alyssa, Sienna and Giuliano; and his sisters, Anita and Meri (Luciano).
In lieu of flowers donations in Giovanni's name can be made to BC Children's Hospital.
