She was predeceased by: her husband William "Bob" Garraway; her siblings, Shirley, Alreta, Betty, Ernest "Buddy" and Bill Misener; and her children-in-law, Bahiya Garraway and Wally Barker.

She is survived by: her children, Dr. Thomas Garraway of Vancouver, BC and Lynne Barker of Guelph Proud; her grandchildren, John Barker (Leslie), Dr. Naisan Garraway (Amy) and Yasmin Garraway; her great grandchildren, Michael, Andrew, Ana, Lizzie and Charlotte; and her sibling Garnet "Garn" Misener. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
