He is survived by: his brothers, Michael and Raef (Darla); his nieces and nephews, Alexander, Courtney, Alannah, Elissa, Alexandra and Joshua; his uncle Aun (Patricia); and his cousins, Tim, David, Hanno, Krischan, Richard, Susan and Michael.
