With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacob Woudsma of Vancouver, British Columbia, who passed away on February 16, 2022 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Klaas Woudsma and Meintje Woudsma; his former wife Amy Woudsma; and his wife Jessie Talsma-Woudsma. He is survived by: his children, Nelly-May Westerman (John) of Bowmanville, Carl Woudsma of Okotoks, Louis Woudsma (Ingrid) of Vancouver and Eleanor Whitney (Les) of Vancouver; his stepchildren, Marilyn, Andrew, Sonya, John, Ian and Terry; his grandchildren, Sarah (Chris), Matthew (Lisa), Rachel (Jakub), Eric and Amy; and his brother Klaas (Akkie) of Woodstock, ON. He is also survived by his four sisters.

As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society or War Amps.
