He is survived by: his wife Tracy Chung; his son Roger Chen; his daughter-in-law Lydia Gan; and his grandsons, Lucas Chen and Mason Chen.
Throughout his remarkable life, he devoted himself to protecting the skies of the Republic of China and made lasting contributions to the Taiwan Aviation industry.
