Jd is survived by: significant other Dana; daughter Kacey Rohl; the parent of children Jean Derbyshire; sister Jean Storey (Ed); aunts, Diane and Sister Patricia "Trish" Derbyshire; uncle Hank Bakker; and cousin Jessica Bolland.
