Jen was predeceased by: the mother of children Janice Payne; grandparents, Montrose, Bertha Genge of Flower's, Gerald and Bertha Payne of Corner Brook, NL.; father Isaac (Valerie); child Jayme; nieces and nephews, Faith, Elsie, Greyson, Owen and Isaac; and also, Dawn Payne (Tyler), Charlotte Genge (John), Vincent Hannon, Nathan Genge, Sarah Hannon (John), Luke Genge (Courtney) and Olivia Genge (Travis).

Jen is survived by: children, Scott (Katie), Janine (Jada) and Josh (Lily).
