He was predeceased by: his siblings, Nellie, Peter, Mike, Paul and Harold; and his parents, Lena Sliziak and Wasyl Sliziak (Bill).
He is survived by: his wife Irene; his sons, Jim (Carol), Tom, Chuck (Ria), George and Bernie (Jo-Ann); his grandchildren, Sonja (Jesse), Trevor and Ashley; and his siblings, Alec, Ed and Pauline. He is also survived by family, large extended family and many friends.
