She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred White and Annie May White; and her siblings, Florence, Pearl, Steven and Angus.
She is survived by: her children, Arthur Forward, Bradley Forward, Lee-Ann Forward and Peter Planetta (Kathryn); her grandchildren, Shannon (Jeff), Evan, Mason, Adam, Leonardo and Isabella; and her great grandchildren, Abigail and Jillian.
In Lieu of flowers a donations can be made in Juanita's memory to the Parkinson Society of British Columbia or an animal rescue organization of choice.
