Though Kazuo may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Kazuo leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kozo and Tome; and his sister Meiko. He is survived by: his siblings, Yoshio, Fumiko (Masaji), Shizuko, Misao and Yukiko.
