She was predeceased by: her father Jack Chin; and her husband Jack. She is survived by: her children, Brian, Christina, Ralph, Christopher (Lorraine), Lorraine (Bill), Wendy (Brendan), Suzie and Michael (Marie); her grandchildren, Tamara (Greg), Vanessa, Tara, Sara, Janine (Lee), Caitlin (Carson), Kelsey (Alex), Andrea, James and Jaclyn; and her great grandchildren, Grayson, William, Sydney, Alex, Sophie and Fynn. She is also survived by her 3 brothers and 2 sisters and a large extended family.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Eagle Ridge Hospital Foundation or the Kidney Foundation of Canada, in honor of Lana's generous spirit.
