She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Lee Black, Sr. and Terry Emma Lou Dudley. She is survived by: her children, William Terrance Walters (NJ), Rachael Marie Walters (AZ), Robert Willie Brown III and Sandra Elizabeth Brown; her husband Robert Brown Sr.; her child Kaliyah Frank (Andrew); her sisters, Gail Black (AZ), Irma (Black) and Halcrombe (CA); and her grandchildren, Justin, Jordan, Rayana, Jason, Treasure, Aaliyah, Miranda, Jerome, Gabriella and Trudell. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, and many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
