He was predeceased by: his parents, Hong Sai Cheng and Man Sang Cheng; and his siblings, Zheng Lin Heung, Zheng Lian Jun, Zheng Mm Bak, Zheng Lin Fong and Zheng Lin Kwan.
He is survived by: his children, Josephine Giahui Tcheng (Janet Romero Leiva) and Jason Giachon Tcheng (Karen Chung); his grandson Spencer Paul Chuenchun Tcheng; and his sister Lien-Cam Wang (Youn-Gee Angela). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
