He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Archibald Chapman and Brenda Jean Chapman (Pinel); and his brother Michael. He is survived by: his wife Leigh-Anne Chapman (Hughes); his children, Brianna (Dylan) and Emma-Leigh (Joey); his brother Ian (Vicki); his in-laws, Linda and Greg Hughes; and his siblings-in-law, David (Sabrina) and Jacquelyn (Clayton).

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Salmon Arm Secondary (1641 30 St NE, Salmon Arm, BC V1E4P2).

In lieu of flowers there will be a scholarship fund established in the near future.
