He is survived by: his wife Poon Siew Chia (Grace); his children, Karl Chia (Doreen) and Jenny Chia (Gary); his grandchildren, Kameron Chia, Danika Chia, Hudson Wong and Madeline Wong; and his siblings, Alan Chan, Choi Wan Chan, Siew Tho Chan and Siew Hoong Chan (Quincy). He is also survived by friends, playing with his grandchildren, meeting up with friends.
