It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maria Lucarino (Vancouver, British Columbia), who passed away on May 2, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Maria Lucarino to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Nicolino; her parents, Michele and Nunziatella; and her siblings, Rosina, Domenico, Antonio, Michele, Giuseppina and Settimio.
She is survived by: her children, Tina (Domenic), Joe (Anita), Luisa and Angelo (Trish); her nephew Pasquale (Giovanna); and her grandchildren, Daniella (Anthony), Adam, Nicholas (Leanne), Nicole (Chris), Alisha (Rodney), Marco (Brenda), Marisa and Sonia. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 at 11:00 PM at the Our Lady of Sorrows Church (525 Slocan St, Vancouver, BC V5K3X5).
In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of your choice in her honour would be greatly appreciated.
