He was predeceased by: his adoptive parents, Marliss Perry and Gordon Perry. He is survived by: his daughter Andrea (David); his grandson Luca; his siblings, Scott Perry (Brandy), Rae (Brad) and Shannon (David); and his pet Keisha.
