He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Blanton and Betty Blanton; and his sisters, Janet Robb and Wanda Barrett. He is survived by: his son Daniel Blanton; and his siblings, Marvin, Phillip Blanton (Eva), Katie Culver (Mike) and Gloria Miller.
