Michael Philip Dagenais Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Philip Dagenais in Vancouver, British Columbia, born in Ottawa, Ontario, who passed away on May 9, 2026 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Valerie; his children, Raymond (Nicole) and Cheryl (Stephen); his granddaughters, Michelle (Dave), Tessa, Renée, Karlie and Kiara; his stepgranddaughter Victoria (Adam); and his great grandchildren, Malia and Hana.

A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Charles Garnier Parish (3645 Benvoulin Rd, Kelowna, BC V1W4M7). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul (http://www.ssvp.ca) or Ozanam Recovery House.
