With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mildred Clarisse (Holmes) Patrick of Vancouver, British Columbia, born in Calgary, Alberta, who passed away on February 18, 2023 at the age of 99. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Edward and Louisa Holmes; her spouses, Robert "Bob" William Patrick, Edward Kenneth Holmes (Elsbeth Hayes), Marjorie (Ernest Taylor) and Dorothy (Albert Long); her nephew Byron Holmes; and her friends, Joan Carr and Alice Poetschke.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Audrey Bruce of Victoria, BC; and her sibling's children, Judith Hayman (Allan), Karen Taylor-Browne (Patrick Browne) and Ronald Taylor (Pamela). She is also survived by nine great-nieces and nephews and a growing number of great-great-nieces and nephews.
