It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patricia Helen Penner (Vancouver, British Columbia), born in Chilliwack, British Columbia, who passed away on April 16, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Penner and Helen Penner. She is survived by: her husband David Semczyszyn; her children, Maxine, Joel and Micah; her grandson Felix; and her siblings, Marlene, Lois, Delores, Jackie and Garry.
The dress code at all her sites was business, which suited her fine, as an excuse to develop a penchant for John Fluvog shoes (she even has a pair of the Dr. Bonnie Henry COVID-19 collector's edition!). She received recognition of exemplary leadership by her employer for her contributions during the most challenging time for Seniors Facilities – the COVID-19 Pandemic.
