It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Gwen (Wong) Lee (Vancouver, British Columbia), who passed away on April 13, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her child Foundation; her husband William Henry Rees Lee; her son Colin (Catherine); and her granddaughter Maya. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and friends.
Especially during COVID, their team of nurses, doctors, care aides, recreational staff, dietician, administrational staff, etc. were diligent and devoted in ensuring Peggy and her fellow residents were kept healthy and safe.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be given to the Children's Variety Club, Covenant House, Operation Smiles Canada or the Canadian Red Cross, as these meant a lot to her.
