It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peter Norman Hanly in Vancouver, British Columbia, who passed away on April 2, 2026, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Norman and Doris Abinet Hanly; his grandson Justin VanHalteran; and his brother Terry Hanly. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Hanly of Pinehurst; his children, Kathy Mckinnon (Murray) of Vernon, British Columbia, Seana Mills (Jamie) of Naperville, Illinois and David Hanly of Vancouver, Canada; his grandchildren, Savannah Somolik, Shane Somolik, Ryan VanHalteran, Brittany Hanly and Caitlyn Hanly; and his great grandchildren, Justin, Rayleigh, Kennedy and Josephine.
