He was predeceased by: his parents, Ragnvald Odegard and Kristiane Odegard; the mother of his children Lucille; his brother-in-law Fil Fraser; his sister Irene; his brother-in-law Harold Cantelon; and his daughter-in-law Debra Odegard.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his children, Keith Odegard (Debra), Mark Odegard (Magdalena), Joanne Janzen (Marcus) and Arlen Odegard (Cynthia); his stepchildren, Glenn Gering (Sherrill Wrubleski) and Darlene Gering; and his siblings, Gladys Odegard (Fil Fraser) and George Odegard (Marilyn). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Redeemer Lutheran Church (1370 Church St, Penticton, BC V2A4R8).
