He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bob Bury and Margaret Bury; his wife Lorna; his children, David (Janet), Lorne (Mary-Ann), Robert and Karin (Erin); his sister Mary Scott; his grandchildren, Justin (Devon), Alysha (John), Jillian, Nicholas, Alanah (Nash), Drew, Finn and Zach; his great grandchildren, Colin, Emmett, Macklin and Rory; and his brother Charles.
