He is survived by: his mother Vancouver; his uncle Allan Emes (Claudia); his cousins, Peter, David and Jane; his aunt Sherry Emes; his cousins, Aaron and Kerry; his aunt Jessica Tamblyn (James); his cousins, Mary and Charles; his uncle Richard Woodford; his aunt Angela Reeves (Jon); his cousins, Matthew, Kate and James; his aunt Roxanna Selwood (Andrew); and his cousins, Mark, Daniel Rudolph and Sarah Rudolph. He is also survived by cousins, and many friends.
