He was predeceased by: his sister Helen Stephens. He is survived by: his wife Josie; his daughter Cheryl Hutchcroft; his son-in-law Chris Hutchcroft; his grandchildren, Cameron and Cheyla; his son Ken Fesenmaier; his daughter-in-law Kelly Fesenmaier; his grandsons, Connor and Duncan; his sister Rita Sanderson; his brother-in-law Jack Sanderson; his sister Shirley Beglau; his brother-in-law Keith Beglau; his sister Linda Chapman; and his brothers-in-law, Lynn Chapman and Ron Stephens. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.

Rob passed peacefully in the presence of his family after several years of living with Alzheimer's.
