With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sarah Marie Hammel of Vancouver, British Columbia, who passed away on February 13, 2024 at the age of 32. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Tom (Anita) and Karen (Dave); her brother Ryan (Jessica); and her niece Chloe. She was also cherished by her aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
