Thelmer Oftedal Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thelmer Oftedal of Vancouver, British Columbia, who passed away on January 24, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Oftedal and Magnhild Oftedal; his wife Shirley Boe; his sister Marie; his brother-in-law Mervyn Rutherford; his brother Arne; his sister-in-law Eloise Oftedal; his parents-in-law, Albert and Theresa Boe; and his siblings-in-law, Leif, Mervin, Morley Boe and Pat Loden (Boe).

He is survived by: his children, Kelly Oftedal (Cathy) and Rhonda Serviss (Brent); his grandchildren, Kelty, Carah, Kayleen Oftedal, Luke Serviss (Amy) and Leah Serviss-Murray (Max); his great grandchildren, Lincoln and Mila Serviss; and his sister-in-law Bernice Stene (Boe). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
