It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Joseph Allen (Vancouver, British Columbia), who passed away on October 26, 2018, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his brothers, Justin Edmond Allen and James Dennis Allen; and his parents, Cecilia Allen and Edmond Allen. He is survived by: his sister Mary Livingstone.
