It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Todd A. Paterson (Vancouver, British Columbia), who passed away on November 2, 2018, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Merle; and his children, Janis (Jim Burroughs), Murray (Cheryl), Avery, Emme, Charlotte, Oliver and Abigail.
