It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vincent Scott Harrop (Vancouver, British Columbia), born in Thompson, Manitoba, who passed away on June 10, 2020, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his brother Joseph Harrop; his parents, Irene Saultier of Cranberry and Kenneth Chaboyer; and his brother Joey.

Opioid addiction is a pandemic that requires further attention.

Donations in Vinny's memory may be made to the tribute program at St. Paul's Foundation to fund Opiod addiction research efforts lead by Dr. Eugenia Oviedo-Joekes in Vancouver, British Columbia.
