He was predeceased by: his parents, Tatiana Baziw and Lukash Baziw; and his siblings, Pete, Bill and Ann.
He is survived by: his wife Oksana; his stepdaughter Olya; his stepgrandson Adam; his brother John (Liz); and his sibling's children, Christine and Murray (Karen). He is also survived by his family and friends.
