She was loved and cherished by many people including: her significant other Byng Blackmore; her children, Logan Blackmore (Stephanie) and Kelsey Robson (Lee); her grandchildren, Tavon, Timber, Maverick, Taggart, Heidi, Lyla, Riggs, Chelan and Griffin; her parents, George Nuyens and Miff Nuyens; her siblings, Sharon Romeo, Ronald Nuyens, Gordon Nuyens (Pat), Irene Hannah (George), Patti Duggan (Reg) and Cathy Clark (Randy); and her siblings-in-law, Perry Romeo (Jan Nucich) and Lynn Nuyens. She was also cherished by cousins and many dear friends.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (1506 35 St, Vernon, BC V1T6A7). A committal service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Coldstream Cemetery (7600 Howe Dr, Coldstream, BC V1B1G9). A reception will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 2:45 PM to 4:30 PM at the same location.
