It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Edna Louise Kovacik (Vernon, British Columbia), born in Viking, Alberta, who passed away on August 13, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by : her husbands, Greg and Peter. She is survived by : her son Rusty; her stepchildren, Gary (Hanna), Gord (Cathie) and Marianne (Robert); her grandchildren, Cailey, Brendon, Jane and Nicholas; and her great grandchildren, Peyton and Huxley. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She was an avid Blood Donor and was very proud of her many milestone pins and was recognized numerous times for her donations both of blood products and the many quilts she knitted for the Alberta Cancer Foundation.
