He was predeceased by: his father Guido; and his son David. He is survived by: his daughter Lisa (Jeremy); his granddaughters, Hadley and Esme; his daughter-in-law Shay; his granddaughter Amelia; his close friend Christel; his niece Patricia; his nephew Theron; and his sisters, Isa and Oda.
