He was predeceased by: his parents, Wasyl Myndzak and Anna Myndzak; and his brothers, Rudi, Carl Myndzak and Alec Manjak.
He is survived by: his daughters, Fawn Myndzak and Christy Myndzak; and his grandchildren, Aleeya Williamson, Rowen Williamson, Jack McColl and Cornelius Myndzak. He is also survived by extended family, dear friends.
