She is survived by: her husband Lorne; her sister Lucy Dase; her son Ken Dase; her brother Andrew Maksymchuk (Myra); her son Wade Maksymchuk; her granddaughter Lesa Maksymchuk; her brother Tim Maksymchuk (Debbie); her daughter Iya Taylor; and her grandson Bryce Maksymchuk.
