He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Ivanitz. He is survived by: his wife Sarah; his sons, Silas and Spencer; his mother Janice; and his sisters, Tara Champness (Nate), Tilea Macaulay (T. C.) and Jamie Trueman. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
