With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William Mennie of Vernon, British Columbia, born in Kimberley, British Columbia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 30, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, James Alexander Mennie and Josephine Pearl Mennie (Dakin); his wife Eleanore May Mennie (Knapman); and his father-in-law Chuck Williams. He is survived by : his children, William Bruce (Sharon), Christopher Dale (Charlene), Cheryl Anne Silver and Neil Alexander (Sheila); his brother Ian; his nephew Marty; and his siblings, Nora, Peter and Claire.
