He was predeceased by: his parents, Oswald Kelly and Charlotte Russell; his wife Yvette Mould; his stepmother Carmen Tremblay; and his siblings, Helen, Arthur (late Germaine Beaulieu), Glen (late Lucienne Mathieu) and June Kelly.

He is survived by: his siblings, Joseph (Beverly Taber Smith), Mary Kelly Brown (late Owen Brown) and Theresa Shea (Albert Shea). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Albert's Life will be held in Spring of 2023, in Victoria, B.C.
